Antenatal Sessions
- Initial discovery call meeting.
- 3 private 1:2:1 antenatal sessions from the comfort of your home. We will cover all aspects of labour, birth and postpartum. Reflection on previous pregnancies/births (if applicable) postpartum.
- Antenatal information pack.
On-Call Period for Birth
- I will be on call for the birth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10 days prior to your due date until week 42.
- Continuity of support throughout your labour and birth.
- Advice and support available via phone or email from time of booking until 6 weeks postnatal.
Labour and Birth Support
- Continuity of support of birth doula throughout your labour and birth.
- Full use of Aromatherapy oils if you wish to use them.
- Option of relaxing massage and Rebozo.
- Enabling self-advocacy and emotional support.
Postpartum and Postnatal
- Guidance with the first feeds and what to expect in the following hours and days.
- A follow up postnatal visit usually with in 10 days of the birth an opportunity for birth reflection and ask questions about you or your baby and what to expect in those early weeks.

I offer postnatal massage with "rebozos” (Mexican cotton long scarfs), to "remind" your body that the pregnancy period has completed, and a new cycle begins.
